These terms apply when you download, access or use SpellRoute. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Using SpellRoute

SpellRoute gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the game for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Game progress and virtual items

Stars, hints, stamps and other in-game items are part of the game experience. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the app and may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the game.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store’s billing and refund rules. Prices are shown before confirmation. Keep your Apple ID and device access secure.

Availability and updates

We may update, improve or change game content and features. We work to keep SpellRoute available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual property

SpellRoute, its visual identity, artwork, game content and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

SpellRoute is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
